Processing Time

Because all items are handmade:

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Any extended processing times will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Made by Millie’s Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office and/or file a claim with the carrier.
We will do our best to assist, but because items are homemade we are unable to replace items lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
